PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Campus Child Care is proud of our staff, they are the heart and soul of our work. Generous child to teacher ratios provides a balance of rich group experiences and one-on-one care.

CURRICULUM

Each center sets its own curriculum. Teachers provide environments designed to spark curiosity and support play. Each team of teachers plans curriculum responsive to the whole child, grounded in a developmental, relationship-based pedagogy.

LOCAL GOVERNANCE

In 2017, CCC was formed from the merger of the 6 independent childcare programs on campus.

CCC is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of Center representatives and at large members. Together they provide strategic direction and decision making for the organization while leaving local policy to each center.

Stephanie, Teacher

The teacher I am today is much different than the teacher I was when I began working for CCC. I've been given the opportunity to grow in my career through professional development trainings and working with the most incredible teachers in my school. I love being a part of the community that CCC cultivated over the years.

Kristian, Teacher

One of the main reasons I've been a part of CCC for so long is their child-centered focus. In every way CCC gets on the child's level and it's the common thread I see across all the centers I've spent time in. Staff understand the importance of partnering with families to come to know the whole child. They invest in creating quality play-based learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate, challenging, and fun. I feel really lucky to be a member of a community that supports and cultivates my desire to be a lifelong learner and grow as an educator and early childhood advocate. I feel like I'm with my people

Nina, Teacher

I love working for CCC! It’s an amazing place to be an educator. More than anywhere else I’ve ever taught, CCC feels like a family. The support of my team, the culture of truly caring for children, and the sense that teachers are really valued for who they are and what they do; all adds up to the most fulfilling place to be a teacher.
